Our Promise to You
At Storybook Flowers, each tuber is gathered and sent with care, chosen for its quality and potential to grow into something beautiful. We want your experience to feel as lovely as the blooms themselves.

A Gentle Window for Review
When your package arrives, we encourage you to open it and look everything over right away. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please let us know within 5 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a few photos so we can thoughtfully review your concern.

After this 5-day window, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

On the Nature of Growing
Once planted, each dahlia begins its own story—shaped by soil, sun, water, and care. Because these conditions vary from garden to garden, we cannot guarantee how each plant will perform.

We are not responsible for:

  • Storage conditions after arrival
  • Weather or environmental factors
  • Soil quality or watering practices
  • Pest or disease damage
  • Tubers that do not grow or thrive

Shipping & The Journey to You
Once your order leaves our hands, it continues its journey with the shipping carrier. While we package everything with care, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that may occur in transit.

If an issue arises during shipping, please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking information.

To ensure nothing is missed, all order concerns must be sent via email. Messages through social media may not be seen in time to assist within the inspection window.
