Storybook Flowers sells dahlia tubers, which are living agricultural products. While we take great care in selecting and storing viable tubers, their success depends on conditions beyond our control.

We do not guarantee:

  • Growth or bloom performance
  • Specific plant characteristics beyond variety type
  • Outcomes affected by climate, soil, pests, or care practices

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the inherent variability of gardening.

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
  • Refund orders due to inventory discrepancies or unforeseen issues

If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

4. Pricing & Errors

We strive for accuracy, but occasional errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct any errors
  • Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing
  • Issue refunds if necessary

5. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.

Storybook Flowers is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Damage occurring during transit

Any claims related to shipping must be filed directly with the carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storybook Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of plants
  • Loss of income or opportunity

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

  • Branding and design
