Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are prepared with care and typically ship within 7-10 business days during our shipping season. Because tubers are a seasonal product, all orders are shipped within the appropriate planting window.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timing & Seasonality
Dahlia tubers are shipped at a time that supports safe transit and successful planting. Shipping windows may vary based on weather conditions and your growing zone.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and may use alternative carriers when necessary.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Storybook Flowers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Risk of Loss
Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the care of the carrier.
Storybook Flowers is not responsible for:
- Delays in transit
- Lost or stolen packages
- Damage occurring during shipping
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Weather Considerations
We ship with care, but we are not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures or weather conditions during transit or after delivery.
